Kimon Baloumis

Kimon leads the fund's investment activities and oversees the day-to-day running of the organization.

Kimon brings 15 years of international private equity experience, predominantly at Parcom in the Netherlands. He has partnered with founders and management teams across a range of industries – including telecoms, industrials, food and luxury goods – supporting them through international expansion, buy-and-build strategies, organic growth, and strategic repositioning.

His experience spans complex transaction structuring, shared ownership arrangements with entrepreneurs, and hands-on board involvement through periods of both growth and transformation.

Kimon holds an MSc in Financial Economics (Summa Cum Laude) from Erasmus University Rotterdam and is fluent in Greek, Dutch and English.
