Theodore M. Kyriakou

Theodore Kyriakou is the lead shareholder of K Group and the Chairman of Antenna Group.

K Group is an international, multi-sector business owned by the Kyriakou family, with controlling interests in shipping, media, content, news and entertainment, real estate, and asset management.

The Kyriakou family has been involved in global shipping for four generations. Through privately owned holdings, its shipping Group has a unique record of owning, operating, buying, and selling different fleets of vessels, all built in the world’s greatest shipyards to the most stringent requirements.

Theodore Kyriakou’s media, content, news and entertainment business, Antenna Group, is a leading international organization founded in 1988. It owns and operates 37 TV channels, 2 streaming services and a broad portfolio of media assets across Europe, North America and Australia, reaching more than 500 million people globally through its owned platforms and strategic partnerships. Antenna holds strategic investments in high-growth technology, media and telecommunications businesses, and co-investments in Imagine Entertainment, TelevisaUnivision and Semafor among others. In 2026, Theodore accelerated the Group’s European growth through the acquisition of GEDI Group in Italy, including the historic newspaper La Repubblica, the leading radio stations Radio Deejay, Radio Capital, and m2o, the international brands HuffPost and National Geographic, the renowned geopolitical magazine Limes, and A. Manzoni & C., one of Italy’s leading advertising agencies. Most recently, Antenna Group formed an exclusive partnership with DAZN to launch an original news service in Italy.

Theodore is an investor and a board member of The Raine Group, a leading TMT merchant bank, and was an early investor in Facebook, Twitter and Spotify before they went public.

Through K Group, he also invests in the real estate market. K Group presently owns 22 sites, both commercial and private.

K Group Capital Partners, the PE asset management business of K Group, is investing in a variety of sectors in Greece, including logistics, healthcare, food, energy, hospitality, and tourism.

Theodore serves on the International Advisory Board of the Atlantic Council, a preeminent U.S. think tank committed to advancing global leadership and fostering constructive engagement in international affairs. Additionally, together with the Atlantic Council, he is the Founder and Co-Chair of the recently inaugurated the Europe-Gulf Forum, a landmark forum convening, for the first time, heads of state, prime ministers, policymakers, senior investors, and business leaders to enhance consensus on global geopolitical challenges and strengthen economic relations between Europe and the Gulf.

Theodore is also a member of the Board of Regents of Georgetown University, the Advisory Board of Cambridge University’s Centre for International Business and Management (CIBAM), and the Business Advisory Council of the MBA International Program at the Athens University of Economics and Business. He graduated cum laude from Georgetown University with degrees in Physics and International Business and was awarded the Treado Medal for Physics.

He is the Honorary Consul-General of the Republic of Singapore in Athens and the Honorary Consul of the Republic of Poland in Thessaloniki.
